I am delighted to welcome you to this website which aims to provide
an introduction to Guy’s and St Thomas’ for all nurses
and midwives.
Our two hospitals not only have a proud history of nursing and
midwifery but they are also at the forefront of 21st century care
for patients.
Their status as major teaching hospitals in the heart of London
means that we are able to offer a wealth of career development opportunities
for all nursing and midwifery staff, from newly qualified to consultant.
And because of their locations in the centre of the capital, all
London’s cultural and entertainment hotspots are within easy
reach.
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust has an excellent
reputation for high quality care and has been awarded a maximum
three stars in the NHS performance ratings for the last three years
running.
But we are never complacent and are always keen to improve our
services for patients – and that’s where you come in.
Our care is only as good as the staff who work for us and so we
are always looking to recruit the best nurses and midwives to come
