The Trust provides shared and self-contained residential accommodation
for staff at both Guy’s and St Thomas’ sites. The majority
of the accommodation is study bedroom accommodation in shared flats,
typically with 4 to a flat.
Accommodation at Guy's
New City Court at Guy’s provides four and five person shared
flats in two adjoining buildings just a couple of minutes’
walk from the hospital. This accommodation is just 15 minutes journey
from London’s West End. New City Court is centrally heated
and rent is currently £277 per month plus bills*.
Accommodation at St Thomas’
Gassiot House at St Thomas’ provides three and four person
shared flats in two blocks, just a minute’s walk from the hospital.
Some of the flats benefit from views of the river Thames and the
Palace of Westminster, and Gassiot House is just 10 minutes’
journey from the West End. Rent at Gassiot House is currently £295
per month, including all bills and services*.
