This is Nurse led unit that offers day treatment services for dermatological treatments including phototherapy, UVB and PUVA.

Dermatology Outpatients, St Thomas’ and Guy’s
This is a dedicated Dermatology Out-Patients Department providing clinics for general dermatology conditions and specialised clinics such as Blistering Disorders, Malignant Melanoma, and Cutaneous T Cell Lymphomas. There are Nurse led clinics to provide Cryotherapy.

Contact Dermatitis Clinic, St Thomas’
Here clinics are run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for the investigation and treatment of allergies. There are also clinics to provide specialist advice specifically for occupational contact dermatitis.

Dermatological Surgery & Laser Unit, St Thomas’
In this department surgery and reconstruction under local anaesthetic for lesions on the face and neck is performed by Dermatology Surgeons and assisted by nurses. This includes Mohs surgery specifically for malignant lesions. Nurse led service of Laser therapy provided for vascular lesions.

Photopheresis Unit & IV Therapy Unit, St Thomas’
This is a Nurse led service providing Photopheresis for patients with cutaneous T cell Lymphoma and Graft versus Host Disease. IV Therapy is provided for patients with a wide variety of conditions including blistering disorders.

Macmillan Nurse
Acts as the co-ordinator for patients with T cell lymphoma and malignant melanoma and acts as a resource, for patients and staff, acting as advisor, teacher and clinician.
