Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation Trust is one of 12 ‘early
implementers’ of the Government's "Agenda for Change"
initiative on pay modernisation. The initiative aims to harmonise
the conditions of service for NHS staff, provide a more transparent
system of reward for staff working flexibly, and help to create
the conditions for new kinds of jobs.
As an early implementer site, the Trust is introducing the new pay
and conditions system before many other NHS Trusts. Staff joining
the Trust will be covered by the new pay and conditions system.
